Partitioning for New Office

We have carried out several small partitioning jobs for this customer in the past. The company was moving to new premises and called on us again to fit out the new office. The job included a meeting room, two managers’ offices and a server room built from a demountable 75mm system. We also built a kitchen and breakout area, installed new electrics and re–carpeted throughout.
The demountable partitioning included a lot of glazing and integral blinds that can be closed when required. The glazing was built full height to the ceiling to keep the office open and airy. The doors were finished with a solid panel above to help keep the costs keen.
Floorboxes that were already there were upgraded to include all electrical points and data points, so all the cables going to the desks were concealed under the floor.
Although the existing carpet was in good condition, the customer did not like the bright red colour. Instead we fitted a very cost effective carpet tile called Teviot. This tile is hard wearing and has a 10 year guarantee.
The kitchen included a breakfast bar, carefully shaped into a curve by our expert fitters.
Finally, new LG3 light fittings replaced the existing fittings.
